Propylene Glycol Concentration Meter Online
The propylene glycol concentration meter enables real-time monitoring of propylene glycol concentration across the propylene oxide hydrolysis reaction, distillation purification process, product blending and filling process, and wastewater treatment process. For instance, it is installed in the bottom of the finished product tower, where it functions to monitor the concentration of the outlet material at the tower bottom. The advantage of real-time concentration data lies in maximizing reaction efficiency, minimizing energy consumption, and stabilizing product quality. The propylene glycol concentration meter can enhance the concentration accuracy to ±0.2%, making it a key of equipment for improving quality and reducing costs in the industrial production of propylene glycol.
