Working Principle
The liquid concentration sensor is an inline instrument to measure concentration that utilizes resonant frequency to measure liquid concentration and density. The tuning fork oscillates at a baseline frequency when it's fully submersed in a process liquid. Once minute changes are captured, the meter analysis the oscillating frequency in dynamic industrial environments on the basis of correlation between density and oscillating frequency. The featured automatic temperature compensation is designed to eliminate temperature drift. Rapid response (<1 s) and low-maintenance structure are ideal to withstand harsh conditions.
