The in-line H2O2 monitor is designed to continuously measure the concentration of H2Oin binary liquids. The hydrogen peroxide monitor responds rapidly to changes in concentration, enabling real-time control and adjustment of chemical feed for specific targets, maintaining optimal H₂O₂ dosage in reaction processes or ensuring compliance with concentration thresholds in purification steps. It works in a broad concentration range 0-99% with an accuracy of ±0.2%, especially suitable for high-demand industrials where H₂O₂ concentration stability directly impacts process efficiency, product quality or safety.

    Working Principle

    The built-in H2O2 concentration sensor utilizes the direct correlation between salinity concentration and liquid density. The continuous h2o2 monitor is excited by a piezoelectric tuning fork to vibrate at its natural frequency. Fluid density is in inversely proportion to frequency shift. The greater the density, the more mass the tines have to vibrate, and the lower their frequency becomes. It's applicable to monitor salt content before crystallization in chemical engineering in case a high precision and accuracy is required. It excels in long-term stable monitoring with an accuracy of ±0.2% even in corrosive media.
