Moisture in Oil Analyser
The essential plug-in moisture analyser for crude oil utilizes the detective technology of electromagnetic phase shift to measure the dielectric constant of crude oil, then calculate moisture content of crude oil according to the value of the overall dielectric constant.
The above technology is adopted by foreign companies of petroleum instrument in general and is regarded as a reliable and accurate sophisticated method of measurement. It is equipped with professional integrated chip as the core of measurement unit, which features compact size, wide rangeability (0-100%), high accuracy, reliability and simple installation.

Vertical Installation
Vertical installation is beneficial to ensure adequate liquid in pipelines and intensive mixing of water and oil, contributing to the accuracy of measurement.
Diagonal Installation
Diagonal installation is simpler than vertical installation while keeping sufficient contact with crude oil to be measured, improving its accuracy greatly.

Basic Structure and Working Principle of Probe
The sensor is developed with high-frequency electromagnetic resonant cavity, which features centered energy of electromagnetic wave and reliable signals. It's independent of paraffin precipitation, as well as "water-in-oil" and "oil-in-water". It adopts high-frequency narrowband 1GHz stimulus signals, in which degree of water mineralization has lower effects on results of detection.
